The perfect opportunity to start or re-ignite your yoga practice!
We are excited to announce our upcoming Yoga Fundamentals course! Starting on the 22nd April 2024 this course is perfect for anyone looking to start a yoga practice or for those returning to the mat.
A course of 6 sessions every Monday at 9.15am
Introduction to yoga, both as a physical and meditative practice.
Ideal for those who have never practiced yoga before and for those returning to the mat.
Focussing on key asana (postures) and over the duration of the course will build strength and confidence.
The course is designed to be inclusive and modifications, including the use of props, will support students in their practice.
In addition, the course will cover breath work techniques to aid relaxation and stillness.
By the end of the course, students will have a greater sense of confidence in their ability to practice yoga and harness its many benefits for their well-being.
For this season of the course there will be a particular focus on Stillness, to engage with the restorative benefits of yoga.
To encourage you to extend your practice the course additionally includes one class per week from our regular timetable 😊
