HOW DOES THE RECIPIENT BOOK IN?
The recipient will need to login to or sign up for a an account on our booking system Wellness Living. Go to their profile page and click on the tab 'billing', then enter the gift card number where it says 'Gift Card Redemption' Their account will the be credited with the value or treatments of the gift. To book, click 'Book Now tab' at the top of the page. Gift Card
1. Log In or Sign Up: If you haven't already, visit our booking system, Wellness Living, and log in to your existing account or sign up for a new one. You can access the booking system through our website or mobile app.
2. Navigate to Your Profile: Once logged in, navigate to your profile page. You can usually find this by clicking on your name or profile icon at the top of the screen.
3. Access the Billing Tab: On your profile page, look for the tab labeled "Billing" Click on this tab to access your billing details and payment options.
4. Redeem Your Gift Card: Within the billing section, you'll find an option to redeem a gift card. Look for the field labeled "Gift Card Redemption". Enter the gift card number provided on your gift card into this field.
5. Complete the Redemption: After entering the gift card number, follow any additional prompts or instructions to complete the redemption process. You will now be able to either book the appointments gifted or spend the cash value added to your account.
6. Book Your Appointment: Once your gift card has been successfully redeemed, you can proceed to book your appointment for the wellness services of your choice. Simply navigate to the booking section of the website or app, select your desired service, date, and time, and complete the booking process.

CAN I CHOOSE HOW TO SEND THE GIFT CARD?
The Gift card can be sent by email directly to the recipient on a date of your choosing or you can pick up a physical card from Floatwell.
HOW LONG DOES THE RECIPIENT HAVE TO USE THE GIFT CARD?
They will have 6 months in which to redeem the value of the gift card.
CAN I BUY GIFT CARDS FOR MY TEAM AT WORK?

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR CASH EXCHANGE?
We are unable to offer a refund for a gift card. The recipient they may exchange for a treatment of equal or lesser value. Equally they can upgrade and pay the difference for a higher value treatment.
